The new Podrobytok platform will help customers and performers find each other and automate the interaction between them.

The news says that the employer will be able to leave an application on the platform, after which a candidate will be selected for the task, his self-employed status will be checked, a contract will be drawn up, payment will be made and closing documents will be created – i.e. the entire cycle of communication is organized. Applications can also be left by the performer.

Companies will be able to choose specialists from the established service base or propose their candidates with whom they already had experience of cooperation. For performers, the service is free, for legal services there is a commission of 1% to 2.4%, depending on the volume of tasks. The partners of the service include Samokat, Delivery Club, SberMegaMarket and others.

According to Roboti.ru, interest in the services of individual performers will grow, and the trend towards self-employment will also increase. In addition, according to YouDo, in September 2022, more than half of domestic companies (52%) cooperated with the self-employed, and 89% of them will continue such cooperation on an ongoing basis.
