As Interfax writes with reference to the Ministry of Digital Affairs, developers will be able to promote their products in Runet with the help of compensation from RFRIT – the Russian Fund for the Development of Information Technologies.
Currently, the fund has begun to accept applications for co-financing in a pilot mode, and it is planned to work in a full-fledged format from October. The application review period is up to 30 days.
Promotion with the help of RFRIT is designed for software created by Russian developers and potentially has a mass consumer. It is clarified that priority is given to software that was implemented as part of state support, but this is optional.
Several platforms are available for product promotion: Yandex, VKontakte, myTraget, Ivi.ru, Cnews, and Vidomosti newspaper. Developers will be able to count on compensation of up to 1 million rubles, and the state allocated a total of 1.5 billion rubles for the program.
