Superjob Research: Who Recycles the Most?

The research center of the portal discovered how often representatives of various professions stay at work beyond the schedule. It turned out that nurses, teachers, logistics managers and lawyers recycle the most, and call center operators, programmers and system administrators are less likely than others.

3,000 representatives of the economically active population over the age of 18 who have a permanent job took part in the study. All regions of Russia took part, time: May 1 – June 24, 2022.

Here are some of the findings from the Superjob study:

  • 54% of respondents work more than the norm, and 35% do not complain about recycling (in 2021, there were 30% of such people).
  • If employees are left to work overtime, on average they work 28% longer than they should.
  • Nurses and teachers usually work 40% longer than the labor contract stipulates. For programmers and sysadmins, this figure is 18%.
  • In 2022, there was an increase in employees among logistics managers, designers and marketers who stay on the job longer.
